Checkpoint with operable boom gate

Classic style WW2 German checkpoint with 2 hut styles available.  To complete the boom a length of 7.9mm styrene tube is required and to make operational, a HobbyKing HK15318B servo.  As with any model building excercise you will also need glue, filler & sandpaper.

If making boom gate operational it is suggested that a small amount of lead is used in the printed boom part to counterbalance the weight/length of the styrene boom arm.  The recommended HK15318B servo can operate from a single cell battery hance a compact battery/receiver setup can be placed inside the hut.  See operational video at the bottom of this page.
