Having trouble with HL MFU + Mako2017 + HLBU

Hi Guys,

I have a Henglong King Tiger with older(not 2.4Ghz) Multi function unit, Mako2017, and Henglong battle unit. It had been working fine for a wile but the gun flash no longer works and I cannot receive hits from other tanks. All other functions including shooting at other tanks still work. I took the turret apart thinking that some of the wires or a connector has come loose but cannot find a problem there. My next thought is to test the flash LED and battle unit but need help. Is there an easy way to test the Henglong battle unit, I would buy another one but they don't seem to be available anymore. What is the correct voltage to use to test the flash LED or should I use a multi-meter to test conductivity, The flash LED came in the tank from Henglong, I think it is just a regular LED and not the high intensity strobe option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
