Re: Self centering Turnigy 9XR Pro help
Hi Michael The RCTA webstore does not sell levers for the 9XR Pro. The levers for sale are for the plain 9X. The 9X lever will not work in the 9XR Pro. First make sure that you do actually have a 9XR/9XR Pro lever. If you specifically asked for a 9XR lever one MAY of been sent (there is an extremely...

What voltage for LEDs is not the question to ask...
I have been asked so many times" What voltage for LEDs?" that I thought it would be best just write one response and put it on the forum. The first thing to realise is that is not the question that needs to be asked. LEDs are NOT voltage rated they are CURRENT DRIVEN. LEDs will work with any voltage...

Re: Rathaus Builders Forum
Hi Wayne As for the actual flooring for the top floor I plan to use some 2/3 mm MDF which I will attach to the underside of the new joiner parts which I emailed out this morning. The joiners glue onto the underside of the top floor spacers. The MDF sheet will then get glued and screwed into the lip ...

Re: Newb needs help, please
Hi Matman Since you have bought a HL 2.4 system you have all the control electrics you need - you just have to take out all of the existing control electrics ie. the Rx13 control board and get yourself some JST-XH crimps and connectors or ready made leads. These bits and pieces are available elsewhe...

Re: Newb needs help, please
Hi Matman Sorry to hear of your problems but you have encountered "the great deception" when it comes to R/C tanks. The factory 2.4 ghz system of the Chinese tank makers are proprietary. They are not true hobby grade/protocol systems. There is no simple drop in or replacement with other parts. To fu...

Re: Rathaus Builders Forum
Hey Rathausers Easter School holidays has only slowed Rathaus reporting - not printing or making new bits. My original plan was for MDF to form the main walls of all but the top floor. However, I still wanted bits where the render has been blasted off to reveal the brickwork underneath. This would i...

Re: Rathaus Builders Forum
Apart from corners lifting I was very surprised that everything lined up. Did not have to add any spacers BUT I will need filler.
As for the water proofing - of course that sealer is not something common here. Probably the actual material is but marketed under what name is the question.

Re: Rathaus Builders Forum
Looking good, just out of interest Wayne what width did all of your prints end up being? My assembled top floor came to 986mm in width and that is in ABS with all my sections printed vertically. I'd be interested to know what your dimensions ended up given horizontal printing. IF you paln to take th...
