TO ALL MEMBERS AND GUESTS,IT WAS DECIDED ON SUNDAY AT THE BATTLE DAY THAT THE AGM BE HELD ON WEDNESDAY 27TH JUNE,IT WAS FIRST OPTIONED FOR THE PREVIOUS WEEK BUT COULD NOT GET ENOUGH NUMBERS FOR ELECTION/REELECTION OF COMMITEE MEMBERS ETC.
1ST ON THE AGENDA WILL BE ELECTION OF COMMITEE,PRESIDENT,VICE PRESIDENT,SECRETARY,TREASURER AND PUBLICITY OFFICER.
2ND ITEM ON AGENDA WILL BE PAYMENT OF MEMBERSHIP FEES,CHEQUES ACCEPTED SORRY NO CREDIT CARDS ETC.
3RD ITEM ON AGENDA WILL BE GENERAL BUSINESS.
THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD AT MY WORKSHOP FROM 7-7.30PM UNTIL CLOSE OF BUSINESS,TEA AND COFFEE AVAILABLE AS USUAL(BRING A CUP) AT UNIT 5/45 WATERLOO STREET,CLEVELAND.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY TANKS,RADIO EQUIPMENT OR MODELS THIS IS A SERIOUS MEETING AND A FEW MAJOR ISSUES NEED TO BE ATTENDED TO,SEE YOU THEN,CAN YOU PLEASE REPLY IF UNABLE TO MAKE IT,IF YOU ARE NOT PRESENT YOU DO NOT HAVE A VOTE,MANY THANKS,MARK(KM60)

How possible for a video conference to be setup. Do you have internet at the 'Clubhouse'?
