| Post subject: | SATURDAY 23rd JULY 2016 ORMISTON HQ TWILIGHT MEETING |
Hi to all of our Club Members. I am pleased to announce that our next meeting is going to be held on Saturday 23rd July at 2.30pm at Ormiston State School, Gordon St, Ormiston. It is also that time of the year where every member is due to renew their memberships. The fees remain unchanged. $30 per Adult (15 years old +) $35 per Family Membership (2 x Adults + 2 x Children under 15 Years old) Could members renewing their Membership please come and see myself (Gary) to get the form to fill out prior to paying the Treasurer Ellaine thanks. There will be some food available. Not sure if we will be doing some small burgers/ cold drinks or not. So could someone come up with some ideas on this post. Volunteers needed! Ellaine will have the kettle going for tea & coffee all for a gold coin donation. Please do not forget your $5 subs for each participating Adult only PLEASE can we see more RC Tanks at the meeting as it was the RC Tanks that started this Club. The success of these twilight meetings depend on a good turnout of members to please come along. Gary |
