Hi Tankers

Starlight Foundation Day has been CANCELLED



The club has been invited to do a rc tank display at Bungendore on Saturday 24th November 
The Starlight Foundation are running a train trip from Sydney to Bungendore for the day, and there will be a other attractions and various display sites to entertain the 250 Starlight kids plus passengers and locals.
Should be a good day to show our tanks and we will battle as well 

We will be on the oval, so we should be able to get a large battlefield

Starts at 10am so we will have to be there at 8am to set up and be ready to roll
Will need some more scenery as in buildings, so make some up from cardboard boxes (easy and light)
Has some one got an old Xmas tree that we can use for trees
I have bridges
What ever else  you can think of for any accessories
Depending on how many tankers will need tables (I have 2)

I have a shade gazebo but we will possibly need another if anyone has one (I have a tarp if needed)

I will also hold a tank day on Saturday 27th Oct so we can check out our IR systems and get organized for the event
